Refund policy

Damages and issues

In the event of your product being defective, damaged upon delivery, or if you have received the wrong item, please notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving the parcel from the courier. This will allow us to promptly evaluate and resolve the issue.

*Please kindly note we will not offer free shipping for any replacement after 2 days of receiving the parcel, regardless of the reason for the replacement and exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping fees and replacement costs.

 Exchanges & Refunds

  • Art prints: Art prints are non-refundable as they are custom-made to order. Please make sure the correct size is selected before checkout. We are not liable for incorrect orders that have been printed and delivered.
  • Frames: If you ordered the wrong size or colour of the frames, please send us your exchange request via email with your order number.*

Please note that our professional frames cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are custom-made and already adhered to the artwork, making them unsuitable for resale. We recommend carefully reviewing your selection before placing your order to ensure everything is just right.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*The items must be in the same condition that you have received, unused and original packaging with brand label. Please also note there will be an extra shipping fee for the return parcel collection and resending of the parcel.

We do not accept returns on art print unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@mjdesignstudiosa.com. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items and gift cards.
