If you have placed an order with us but not received an order confirmation email then you have probably provided us with the wrong email address. Please contact us using the contact form or email us at info@mjdesignstudiosa.com and we will update your order information so you can receive your order confirmation correctly. 

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your junk folder, as e-mails sometimes end up there by accident.

We offers free shipping for all orders over R2000. Orders under R2000 will charge standard shipping fee of R120.

• Major cities: delivery takes between 2-3 working days.
• Regional area: delivery takes between 3-4 working days.

We deliver nationwide using The Courier Guy courier & RAM services.

We currently only have online shop.  

We accept EFT, Credit cards and Cheque cards.

Credit cards & Cheque cards payment:

• We offer secure authenticated and encrypted credit and cheque card processing, from MasterCard and Visa card holders, within South Africa only. Secure card processing is done via Payfast and Payflex.

EFT:

• If you select EFT payment method, a digital invoice will be sent to you along with our banking details for you to make an electronic transfer. Please note that you will need to send us your digital proof of payment for us to process your order and conform to your payment. Please use your order number as reference.

• Art prints: Art prints are custom made to order, they cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Frames: If you ordered wrong size or colour of the frames, please send us your exchange request via email with your order number.

Please note that our professional frames cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are custom-made and already adhered to the artwork, making them unsuitable for resale. We recommend carefully reviewing your selection before placing your order to ensure everything is just right.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*The items must be in the same condition that you have received, unused and with brand label. Please also note there will be an extra shipping fee for the return parcel collection and resending the parcel.

Art prints are non-refundable as they are custom-made to order. Please make sure the correct size/frame is selected before checkout. We are not liable for incorrect orders that have been printed and delivered.

In the event of your product being defective, damaged upon delivery, or if you have received the wrong item, please notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving the parcel from the courier. This will allow us to promptly evaluate and resolve the issue.

*Please kindly note we will not offer free shipping for any replacement after 2 days of receiving the parcel, regardless of the reason for the replacement and exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping fees and replacement costs.

Art Prints:
All artworks are professionally printed on 230gsm special-coated premium matte paper using high-quality Epson inkjet printers and archival inks. Our paper absorbs a generous amount of ink, producing true-to-life colours, exceptional detail, and a smooth, non-reflective finish. Each print is crafted to gallery standards, preserving the beauty of the original artwork for years to come.

Canvas Prints:

Each artwork is printed using archival-quality inks on premium 360 gsm cotton canvas. The canvas is then stretched over a 25 mm-deep wooden stretcher frame and arrives ready to hang.

Please note: The wooden stretcher frame sits behind the canvas and is not a visible decorative frame. An outer canvas floater frame is only included if selected separately.

Frames:
Our frames are made from high-quality natural wood and are available in four sophisticated finishes: Natural Ash, Teak Stained, Painted White, and Painted Black. Each frame comes with a sturdy backing board and hangers, making it easy to display your artwork in both portrait and landscape orientations.

We have an in-house team of designers who create original artworks, and we collaborate with talented independent artists to bring unique designs to our collection. We also carefully source artworks from public domain resources to curate a diverse and thoughtfully selected range of wall art.

Perspex is a brand name for a high-quality acrylic material, also known as acrylic glass. In an A0 frame, Perspex is used as a protective cover in place of traditional glass. This material is lightweight, durable, and shatter-resistant, making it a safer and more practical option for framing large prints or artworks. It provides clear visibility while protecting the artwork from dust, moisture, and damage.
